Job Responsibilities:
IDEX is seeking a Fellowship Field & Operations Manager to support the Country Director in a strategic expansion of the fellowship program in India. The Field & Operations Manager will oversee and manage Field Coordinators across Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai, or other cities in India in their daily management of over 100 fellows in India. The individual in this role must be able to efficiently balance the transactional and strategic responsibilities of this role, and s/he must have a strong orientation toward managing both internal and external-facing interactions with sensitivity, creativity, and attention to detail. The Field & Operations Manager must be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment and thrive in an autonomous role within a young, fast-paced organization.
