We are looking for passionate change-agents who are committed to support the development of enterprises that serve low-income populations while creating a positive social impact. We seek individuals who have a proven track record of leadership and are enterprising and innovative in their approach to identify opportunities and implement market-based, sustainable solutions.

The IDEX application process is competitive and merit-based, and prospective applicants are encouraged to consider carefully their commitment, intentions, goals and future plans before applying for an IDEX fellowship. Fellows are selected based on a variety of factors, that may include (but are not limited to) academic qualifications, enterprise placement requirements, personal leadership ability, and available fellowship funding. Applicants currently employed or enrolled in graduate degree programs should also consider school and work-related issues (for instance, campus leave policies) before applying.
