The IDEX Fellowship in Social Enterprise is an entry-level professional development program for recent college graduates interested in the field of social enterprise.

 IDEX began its pilot year with eleven fellows in Hyderabad, India in August of 2010.  Thirty-six fellows are on the ground in the 2011 cohort, serving affordable private schools (APS) and social enterprises.
